Meet Gretchen Bell

Gretchen Bell is a lifelong real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, starting in mortgage finance and eventually building her own lending company by age 26. She’s bought, sold, flipped, and invested across California, Arizona, and now Mexico, where she and her husband Rick built their beachfront home in Loreto after falling in love with the town in just three days. They’ve built a life here, one filled with family, grandkids, rescue dogs, and a thriving short-term rental / vacation casita that overlooks the Sea of Cortez.

 

Behind the success is a woman who’s lived through both joy and heartbreak. A blended family, the loss of a child, and the hard lessons that come with real life have only made Gretchen more grounded, more intuitive, and more committed to helping others make smart, meaningful decisions. She brings a straight-shooting, deeply knowledgeable approach to real estate, always listening first, educating along the way, and showing up with the kind of loyalty and grit you only get from someone who’s truly lived it.
