With nearly two decades of leadership experience across real estate marketing, brand development, and business operations, Clara brings a proven ability to build efficient systems, lead cross-functional teams, and elevate the client experience through thoughtful strategy and execution. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she seamlessly bridges markets while supporting agents, developers, and stakeholders at the highest level.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys staying active with her two young sons and her husband, Blake. Together, they enjoy golfing, spending time on the beach, and exploring nature—reflecting the lifestyle-driven values that shape both her personal life and her professional commitment to Baja.
